1. Product Returns
Since our products include shapewear and personal items, our return policy is limited due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, we understand that exceptions may occur, and we invite you to review the following terms:
- Eligible Products for Return: Products such as shapewear, clothing, and accessories can only be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging, unopened, and unused. Items that have been unsealed, used, or are not in their original condition cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return Request Period: Returns must be requested within 7 business days from the date of purchase. After this period, we cannot accept returns.
- Return Process:

- We will provide you with a shipping label to return the product, if applicable.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Once the item is received, we will process the return. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Exceptions: Sale items, custom-made products, or items that have been modified are not eligible for returns. We also do not accept returns for items that have been tested or used.
2. Service Refunds
Yeraldi – Body Sculpting & Fajas offers a range of body sculpting services. Due to the nature of our services, our refund policy is as follows:
- Unused Services: If you have booked an appointment and did not attend, you may request a full refund if you do so with at least 24 hours’ notice before your appointment. If this notice is not given, we cannot guarantee a full refund.
- Partially Used Services: If you begin a treatment or service and decide to discontinue it, we do not offer refunds for the unused portion of the service. However, in exceptional cases (such as a medical emergency), we may consider rescheduling or offering a credit for future services.
- Appointment Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend an appointment, we ask that you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees or additional charges. If the appointment is not rescheduled in this time, a cancellation fee will be charged.
- Health Treatments: If, for medical reasons, you are not fit to undergo our services, please inform us in advance. In such cases, we may offer a credit for future services or products.
3. Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, Yeraldi – Body Sculpting & Fajas is committed to offering a replacement or full refund for the item. To qualify for this:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to report the defect or damage.
- Provide photos of the visible defect or damage and your order number.
- We will provide instructions for returning the defective item at no extra cost to you.
- The item will be assessed, and if confirmed to be defective, a replacement or full refund will be issued.
4. Exceptions to the Refund and Return Policy
We will not process returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Products that have been used or handled in a manner that violates our hygiene conditions.
- Custom-made items, such as products that have been altered according to your specifications.
- Clearance or deeply discounted products.
5. Product Exchanges
Due to hygiene restrictions, we do not accept exchanges of products. If you require a different size or model, we ask that you follow the return process and place a new order.
6. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed as follows:
